Our Grotto has now sold out.
Thank you to everyone for visiting this year, please keep an eye on our website for details of more events taking place in the centre next year.
This December children across Andover can look forward to meeting Father Christmas and his team of elves as they make a special trip to the Chantry Centre!
Visitors will have the chance to meet the Head Elf, visit Father Christmas and children will receive a festive gift.
Social distancing measures will be in place this year. To help keep everyone safe, families will be asked to stand 2metres apart from Father Christmas and the Elves and we are asking all adults and children over the age of 11 to please wear a face covering inside the Grotto, unless medically exempt from doing so.
Tickets cost £5 per child, but adults do not need to pay. All visits must be pre-booked in advance through our online booking system. Unfortunately we cannot accept any same-day bookings this year.
Before booking, please read our Grotto Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page, which outlines details of our new social distancing measures and cancellation policy.
